Jennifer founded her group — the Bighorn Public Affairs Group — in 2011, which has spearheaded government campaigns in areas ranging from rural water to energy and natural resources. A native of Wyoming and Montana working in Washington for nearly three decades, Jennifer served in both the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives. She began her career with U.S. Senate Whip Al Simpson (R-WY) in 1991 and ended her Hill service in the office of Rep. Joel Hefley (R-CO) in 1998. Since then she has successfully represented client issue areas of energy and natural resources, water, municipality concerns, transportation, and budget/tax issues.
