Daniel McCarthy

Dan began his career with the 2000 Republican National Convention followed by Victory 2000 on the Bush/Cheney transition team. In 2001, he joined the Administration serving President George W. Bush in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs. From 2004 to 2014, the D.C. veteran worked for Anheuser-Busch InBev, the largest beer company in the world, ultimately serving as Senior Director of National Affairs.

Dan started DMM Strategies to bring his significant and unique experience in both corporate and public policy to clients. He offers expertise in strategic communications, legislative strategy, and relationship building. Recently, Dan was appointed Chief Public Affairs Officer and Head of External Affairs for the 2020 Republican National Convention.

Jennifer founded her group — the Bighorn Public Affairs Group — in 2011, which has spearheaded government campaigns in areas ranging from rural water to energy and natural resources. A native of Wyoming and Montana working in Washington for nearly three decades, Jennifer served in both the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives. She began her career with U.S. Senate Whip Al Simpson (R-WY) in 1991 and ended her Hill service in the office of Rep. Joel Hefley (R-CO) in 1998. Since then she has successfully represented client issue areas of energy and natural resources, water, municipality concerns, transportation, and budget/tax issues. Jennifer offers DMM Strategies and its clients unparalleled development and implementation of federal legislative and advocacy strategies across a wide range of industries.
